The Impactful Parent cares about your privacy— not just because our lawyers say we have to post this, but because the effectiveness of Internet marketing is based on safeguarding the increasing amount of personal data that users share with us and partner sites. We have written this privacy policy and terms and conditions with your protection in mind, as keeping your trust is a competitive advantage for us. Visiting www.TheImpactfulParent or sending emails to The Impactful Parent constitutes electronic communications.  You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Children Under Thirteen

This Site is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.  The information we may or may not discuss in regards to children under the age of thirteen is simply for the effort of providing support to our community, advice, and resources for caregivers of such children so that they can discover how to have a more positive impact on their relationships as caregivers to their children.  

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Should you have an ongoing subscription for any of our memberships offered, you may cancel your ongoing subscription at any time with a 30-day advance written notice to us.  Due to the nature of the electronic format in which we provide guidance, no refunds on our single purchase programs will be given. Please be aware that when you are on the Site, you could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control via hyperlinks (“Linked Sites”). Information We May Collect

Personal Information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, a home, business, or other physical address, a phone number, and an email address. In general, we only collect Personal Information from our Site users in connection with inquiries about our services— whether to subscribe to newsletters, download a report, perform an analysis, inquire about a job listing, or other clearly marked forms. Of course, if you send us an email in connection with an inquiry about a job listed on the “Careers” page, we may also store the Personal Information provided in connection with that inquiry.
