Your use of our website, www.TheImpactfulParent.com, is subject to The Impactful Parent’s Privacy and Terms and Conditions policies.  Please review our Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Visiting www.TheImpactfulParent or sending emails to The Impactful Parent constitutes electronic communications.  You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Children Under Thirteen

This Site is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.  The information we may or may not discuss in regards to children under the age of thirteen is simply for the effort of providing support to our community, advice, and resources for caregivers of such children so that they can discover how to have a more positive impact on their relationships as caregivers to their children.  

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Should you have an ongoing subscription for any of our memberships offered, you may cancel your ongoing subscription at any time with a 30-day advance written notice to us.  Due to the nature of the electronic format in which we provide guidance, no refunds on our single purchase programs will be given. Please be aware that when you are on the Site, you could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control via hyperlinks (“Linked Sites”). For example, if you choose to use The Impactful Parent Directory at the Site, you may be sent to a third-party website if you click on a hyperlink. In general, we only collect Personal Information from our Site users in connection with inquiries about our services— whether to subscribe to newsletters, download a report, perform an analysis, inquire about a job listing, or other clearly marked forms. Of course, if you send us an email in connection with an inquiry about a job listed on the “Careers” page, we may also store the Personal Information provided in connection with that inquiry.
