So, when Chef Kibby came to me and said he wanted to help me enjoy sautéing, dicing, and mixing, I WAS SKEPTICAL.  But low-and-behold, he was right!  Watch this interview as Chef Kibby convinces me that cooking WITH my children can be fun, and more importantly, it can improve my children’s mental health.  Now, for those of you who know me well, you also know that I will do anything to help my children.  If cooking with my kids will help them become more resilient and bond us together, I guess I am heating the frying pan tonight!  (But I am keeping the fire-extinguisher close by).
