Exercise is a struggle when you can’t go to the gym!
I don’t have time to work out and take care of my physical health like I should be doing. I know, I know… I need to make movement or exercise a priority! But let’s face it, there aren’t enough hours in the day!
I get it. #thestruggleisreal but we both know that this is no excuse.
This week, I invited Sergio Vigaray to the Impactful Parent to talk about how to prioritize physical health without losing time with my kids. Yep, you heard me right! I will exercise but, I don’t want to lose time with my children! That was my criteria- and sure enough, he came to The Impactful Parent with some amazing tips for not only exercising WITH MY CHILDREN but also for incorporating some movement into my busy workday!
